Anybody Ever Do This ?!
This was the squash we had for dinner tonight! That's right, we ate it anyway.....at least it was good and hot!! It took awhile to clean up but at first all I could do was stare at it....and then I reached for my camera - it was the old blogger in me!!

It reminded me of the egg that I tried to warm up inside the microwave. I was just surprised when I heard a loud booming sound inside and opened it where I saw bits of the egg painted the whole inside of the microwave.

What, what happened here?
(We do not have a micro-wave oven - and will never ever have one).
In the past we have had Squash/Zuccinis/Gourgettes for dinner - as main dish or sidedish - at least 3 days a week. All the way we can figure out to serve them.
BTW:
To day we will have Lamb and a great dinner. With good wine.
Anna is 61 on Sunday. So we celebrate descretly to day. In the Summerhouse. Yes, another 2 weeks.
20 C this afternoon. Sunny. Harvesting persils etc - for the Winter.
