Birthday/Christmas
Today's my 55th birthday! I can hardly believe I have lived that long. I feel more like 35 in my mind....my body on the other hand, feels much older. Too many health issues and aches and pains!
I've not found time to read many blogs this fall and perhaps I'll do more when the cocooning season is upon us for the long winter months ahead. Just wanted to say to everyone, Have a fabulous holiday season! Enjoy your family and friends and try not to get too stressed!

I for one was beginning to worry but am now happy once again. I began to feel old at 45; at least my body did. Then through a lot of yoga and some muscular manipulation by those in the know as to massage, I began to feel at peace in this particular perilous body.

Reading your post reminded me how surprised my sister and I are at family gatherings to realize WE are the 'older generation' because we both FEEL so young within.
