Droppin' In

We had a great Easter dinner and visit at my sister's old farmhouse. Now you can see that I get my love for antiques from her! The old furniture is from my grandmother's house originally.

She must not mind polishing the silver tea service!!

I love the old pioneer type kitchen!

I love your easter post. We also have inherited a lot of things which are Renny's family heirlooms, and the old fashoined charm is unbeatable. The table looks lovely, decorated with silver and candy eggs - and the chandelier is soon in style again. I so much want a crystal chandeleir but our ceilings are so low and my husband so broad and tall...I don't think it will ever work out :-)
A belated happy Easter!! Lots of bunny hugs!

Happy Easter to you, too!

Wish spring were more in evidence outside to match the spring inside.

So many things I love in these photos--sideboard, hutch, exposed brick. What a lovely backdrop for a family meal!

You already know I love your house. Shall I fawn over it any more? Oh, what the hell. Did I tell you how much I love the brick wall in the kitchen? It's so Little House on the Prairie. In a good way.
