Fall is my favorite season because of pictures like these. I hope we never do anything to our environment that causes the colors to fade. They warm us up to get us ready for the long cold white winter.

Barbara: It was a fabulous warm weekend but apparently we're getting snow flurries on Thurs.!!
Way too soon! On our drive yesterday, we noticed that the leaves weren't as spectacularly coloured as other years. Hope they aren't fading due to any environmental changes.

Why am I struck by the inclination to shout, "Go Bluejays!" Must be my not too distant visit to Toronto's Skydome...when during a rainy day the Bluejays were warming up for a game while we did the stadium tour.
More to the point, the poem is beautiful.

Kilroy: They were a pretty good team back when they won 2 years in a row. We were so hoping for a threepeat but it didn't happen! (One of the best fall poems I've seen.)
