Funny Cats!

I just had to do this! As a young child, I never had any pets and was always envious of stories about dressing up your cat in doll's clothes and taking them for a walk in the stroller. Well, this was as close as I could get to that!

This is my aunt's friend's cat who apparently is toilet trained! Think of all the money she's saved from not buying kitty litter!

My cat, Soot, waiting for his friends to call! I always wanted to send this picture in to a phone company (Bell Canada) for their ad campaign, especially the one that said, "Get the long distance feeling, Reach out and touch"!

Pets can at times be almost impossible to photograph. My darn dog ALWAY'S walks towards me so all I can do is to photograph him while he sleeps. SOmetimes I get lucky but not too often.

Take care! :-)

I didn't have any pets as a kid either. But I never had dreams of dressing them up or having tea with them. I always dreamed of the hyper-loyal dog.

Cool pictures as always. I've heard of people who train cats to use a toilet, but I don't want to be the one who uses it next!
Hugs and blessings,

I had cats as a girl but none of them would have stood for any dressing up nonsense, with or without the stroller.

Gr: Yeah, pretty amazing, eh?

Tink: es, I should find out how. Thanks for visiting! I'll check yours out.

Dave: Yes, I know what you mean. Cats don't exactly do as they're told either! Thanks.

Richard: That dream makes more sense for you! I'm a sucker for cute kittens and puppies too...it must be the maternal instinct.

Akemalalu: Thanks! Some of these are old and I just learned to scan and crop.

Storyteller: You are so right...good point!! maybe this one had its own washroom!

Diana: This one jumped out 2 seconds later!

Barbara: Yeah, I thought so too. We have a hard enough time training them to scratch on the post and not the furniture!

I wish my 5 cats would go on the toilet too, lol ! That's a real funny picture. Fortunately they can go out but when it rains or the weather is too cold they use the litter box !

It is easy to participate you just put the logo on top of your post with a link to my page and if you want to play every tuesday let me know then I add you to the blogroll.

Hy hubby says that he once knew of a cat that not only used the toilet.. but knew how to flush. Now that's the cats pajamas. :-)

Gattina: You'd sure save on litter and the bother of changing it!
I'm not sure how I get that symbol on nmy post>???

Coll: HA! That IS amazing! cats are more intelligent than you'd think...it may just be a matter of personality and whether they want to do things or not.

My sisters and I always loved cats and I can remember when I was very young, putting a doll dress on my kitten. I don't think she stood for it very long though! We also used to pretend that we were cats when we were kids hehe...would even get bowls of milk and try to lick it up with our tongues. I'd forgotten all about those memories till I read your post MOI. I still love cats and have my old girl Puddin, who I love lots...now if I could toilet train her like the cat in the photo LOL!

Lynette: I bet you got scratched a lot! We lapped up milk too and those powdered candy things called Lickamades!

Top Champ: Yes, I hate doing the litter.

I'll try to find it and send it...maybe it's just Canadian made up!
