Sunrise Over My Little Town!
These are for Annelisa, who has the best sun and sky shots in the world!
These were all taken at 6:15 a.m. outside my summer bedroom on the outdoor 2nd storey balcony. Sipping coffee, I watched the sun trying to decide whether to come through or to let the day be cloudy. It was pretty indecisive there for a few minutes, but that's the last I saw of it!

when we go to the beach, we get a gulf-front room w/a balcony and we invariably watch the sunrise and sunset over the water.

Wow! Time for the summer bedroom again! I can't believe it. It seems like only a few weeks has gone by since you said "Good bye" to it.
Ahh Spring again.
Lovely sunrise!
I was out in the garden for a little while today.
The daffodils are up and the narcisis are starting to bloom.
I am impressed by the green, and the low amount of lost plants this spring.
Here's to warm weather and fun times!

Wonderful Sunrise - can it be better to have breakfast outside again after a long winter? Nope?
Here it's very mild to be this time of year. 18-22 C each day for a week.
BTW: Hope to receive my WLAN modem in 2 weeks time. Then I have to check if it works or not. If not, I'll need an outdoor antenna.... It's anyway faster and cheaper than have another cable over the garden...
I comment between "chat"-messages at work...

Really BEAUTIFUL pictures...I LOVE Sunrises & Sunsets....They are always interesting and never ever the same!
BTW: Yes! Those Lizards are not pets but all outside, here in Southern California....I probably have hundreds of them in my garden.

Ooo, thank you so much, MOI! I love the pics - and what an absolutely decadent way to start the day, watching a beautiful sunrise like this, sipping your coffee on a balcony facing it!!! Sounds and looks deliciously relaxing!

Annelisa: You're so welcome! Hope I get some good sunsets soon! You no doubt will get some good pics on your walk on the Southdowns! Hope julia is doing okay.
I chose, "Mother of Invention" mostly because it sounded like me; a babe who invents and creates words and stories/poems, but this was also the name of a group/band that played in the 70's. I like the expression that your daughter found because it is just so true.
